Serenity Nail & Spa Pearland

I had two bad experiences. In October 2025, I went with my mom and asked for a manicure and pedicure for both of us. They left my mom sitting for 45 minutes after her pedicure, and the person in charge left without a word. I was outraged to see my mom left unattended all that time and asked what was happening with my mom's manicure. Only then did the person in charge react. This past March, I went back to see how it would be, and it turns out the person in charge never pays attention to what you ask for. I only got a pedicure, and I needed both services, but this time I didn't want to speak up, so I left with just a pedicure.

This was my first time at this nail salon....and let me tell you.....the people here were SO awesome !! 🤩 Sweet....caring...and very respectful and professional......when you come here....you won't be disappointed !! Their customer service was ON POINT !!.....and believe me.....you'll be satisfied in whatever you decide to get here 🥰

Tim charged me $35 for these nails I like the shortness and the fact that they aren’t thick but if I would of gone to my regular nail salon it would of been must less. Also they have a lot of air bubbles. They gave me a thank you lotion which was nice.

My nails always turn out amazing! Everyone there is lovely! & Judy is my girl and I will go to her forever!!!!! She is the sweetest person and I really go back each time because of her big heart and her kindness!

I don't often write reviews, but my experience today at Serenity Nail & Spa was amazing! My friend and I were actually on our way to go to another nail salon. She had tested them out the day before, though, and wasn't thrilled with what she got. Thank God, our neighbor started telling us about Serenity nails, just as we were on our way out. Her experience with them through the years was so good, we cancelled our appointment with the other salon and went straight to Serenity. And boy were we glad we did!! The place is amazing! Very rarely have I found a place that hits top marks on all levels. The staff there is fabulous – very friendly, respectful, and speak perfect English. Their place is very clean and sanitary, their prices are good, and the work they do is BEAUTIFUL. I so enjoyed every
