Serenity Nails

Walked in about a week ago looking for a gel mani pedi. I wanted french tips and got a solid color instead. Nail stylist had no personality and cut me when trimming my cuticles, only received a $5 discount for it. Paid $70 for crappy polish and a cut on my finger. Never returning.

Kelly did an amazing job, nails came out gorgeous! She did a flower design on my ring fingers, so beautiful. This is the best nail salon in town, all techs give great massages and are attentive and detailed in their work. Love the artwork by Kelly. Thank you!

I had been growing my nails so I can try and do a cat eye look and the nail tech cut 2 of my real nails off without even asking! I had to stop her from cutting more! She tried to debate me that putting tips on was better because my nails were crooked 😆🤣. Real nails in pics. I said I’ve never heard that before as I have always been complimented on my hands and nails. The cat eye was supposed to be pink but as you can see it’s totally a weird streaky purple. I’m thinking she didn’t do technique right because they turned into a color I did not want at all. If it’s basic polish, this place may be okay. Otherwise, it’s a hard pass.

Did my nails in the salon twice, the last thing was about a month and a half ago. Terrible attitude of the staff and the owners. The lady doing my nails told me that I’m breathing at her, when I was sitting there doing my nails. She was very condescending and made me feel like I was a five year-old looking to be scolded. In addition, got a nail fungus there, that you can’t see with the gel covering it, Was discovered by another technician in a different salon three weeks later. Now I’m just waiting for her to grow out Told my friends about my experience, It turned out they had a similar one. This is the only nail salon within a mile radius in this area, so they do operate as a monopoly And feel that they can treat their customer staying away they want This will change when other Sa
