Serenity Nails & Skin Care & Lashes

Went to grand opening for a fill. Don’t waste your money. My nails are different lengths and polish is very sloppy not even going to edges. I still have rough edges on the tips and all around my nails. Acrylic is missing on some nails and over the nail bed on others. I have no idea how this person got a license. No lotion or cuticle oil given. Then I had to sit and listen to manicurist crunch and smack as she ate. If I could give minus stars I would. Thanks Miss Lee for the worst job I’ve ever had or seen.

My regular nail tech was out of town so I decided to give this place a try. Nina did my nails and I love them. I was in by 9am and out by 10am. Plus it was actually cheaper than what my regular nail tech charge. Will definitely be coming back.

This is my 3 time going to this Nail salon and I only was satisfied with the first lady who did my pedicure. The 2nd and 3rd were all sloppy especially the manicure. It’s rushed and sides were not given attention. Nail polish is not evenly applied, I want to take it off right then and there!! Not coming back.

Went in today & got a pedicure and manicure- they were able to do both at the same time as I was in a hurry- Great Customer Service!! DAN & THIM were soo nice & did a great job.I will be back!!

Now that I have cooled off from being highly disappointed, I can give a full receptor my experience. I went here for my birthday nails to be done and was horribly disappointed. I had my hands and feet done. Pedicure was not worth $50 because she didn’t do anything but put cut my nails down and paint my toenails. No deep scrub, no massage, no cuticle cleaning. The nail tech came over while I was still in the pedicure chair and started putting the acrylic tips on she asked what shape, I stated I wanted coffin and no color. Well she slightly count the sides to start shaping but there was no more shaping done. I just figured once I got to her stationed would do more as she went but no. Once done and asked if I like, I was beyond disappointed I was just ready to go. I didn’t have time to deal w
