Serenity Nails & Spa

I tried emailing first to address this issue, wanting to give the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to resolve this first. I haven’t gotten any response. I went in without an appointment and caught V before she was going to leave. I was understanding of her time, and asked if I should have someone else do my nails if she didn’t have enough time. She said not to worry, and said she would do my nails. I was getting gel French tips, and needed the gel extensions I had on soaked off. This was the whole purpose of coming in, because I didn’t want to hurt/damage my nails by trying to pry them off myself. Turns out, I could have done it myself. She grabbed an acrylic nail and stuck it in between the nails and kept prying and yanking trying to rip them off. It hurt so bad, and I did say

I’ve used this as my go to place when I need a quick pedicure. Thought I could trust them for my birthday… wrong. The pedicure was okay, my sns set is horrible. Not only did it take Lisa 10 minutes to put tips on (I could obviously see the glue was old and not drying). She could not properly file and shape, Vee had to step in so I could leave at a decent time. That was 10-2. Yesterday, 10-12. One of my nails broke. Not only did I have a bad experience then, still currently having one. Also, water is getting under my nails so I need another full set. This place is right up the street from me, guarantee I’ll be driving the 20 mins to Twinkle Nails now. If you do still go I’d recommend Jenny or Vee, but Lisa completely ruined Serenity for me. Vee is AMAZING! She is so friendly, we laugh a lot, and she does a great job. My appointments are always on time. Everyone at the salon is friendly and the salon is clean. I am so happy I found this nail salon and I look forward to my visits every 2 weeks!

Omg is all I have to say!!! I will do go back for my next appointment. Ewing was amazing. She took the time to fix my nails from previous salon's and she did amazing. Oh and you do have to get the cat's eye polish. I absolutely love my nails today. Thanks you Ewing.

I went for the first time tonight for a full acrylic set and gel. I had Nick as my tech and he was great! I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Everyone was so nice and the salon was spotless. The complimentary beverage was a nice touch also. Can’t wait to go back!
