Love this salon! Marissa always takes care of me and makes my vision come alive. She’s very careful and will always double check what you want even if it means a smidge trim or framing for your face. She’ll never start going scissor crazy on your hair and is attentive to details! (Very hard to find that for some reason in a hair dresser!) Whether it’s a full cut, trim, or color, she gets the job done! Her skill is diverse and her experience definitely shows.

I am very saddened and disappointed by the level of customer service from this salon. I have been a client of the owner, Marissa Gomez since her days in Tracy and shortly after she began her stylist journey and worked at the Paul Mitchell salon. I’ve reached out to her and her fellow stylist Jess to make an appointment only to never be contacted. What’s even more sad is her stylist Jess doesn’t offer a number to contact her and provides you with an email address of which doesn’t seem like she responds back to people. I was hopeful and referred a customer to Jess who contacted her via IG and was quoted and offered an appointment for well over $300… and me, well I have yet to hear from anyone. It’s unfortunate, I want to support people and keep business local only to receive this level of tr
