Serenity Salon

Today I walked into Serenity Salon and was immediately welcomed. I loved the atmosphere and how laid-back it was. I'm not from Little Rock area, but IF I ever need another hair cut, I'll come back. Emma was my stylist today and she was so sweet. It was nice coming in and immediately starting conversation like I've been there before. Emma did an amazing job on my hair and really took time to get it how I wanted it. This haircut experience was well worth what I paid for it. Thanks Emma again!

Today I visited Serenity Salon for the first time and had a wonderful experience! I saw Emma for highlights and a trim. I love how my hair turned out and she created exactly what I wanted! She and the rest of the salon were so kind and laid back. It felt like I’d been visiting for years! I highly recommend this salon and Emma!

Christina was awesome! The owner was great too. Very welcoming and Christina fixed my hair from a cut from a different salon, that was not so great. It looked so good. Would definitely recommend! I'm so happy I found my new place!!

My haircut experience today wasn’t the best and left me in tears (I don’t cry over hair) BUT the owner reached out, extended her apology and asked if I’d give her a chance to fix my original haircut. I was thankful for the quick response and allowed her to fixed it. It’s not perfect considering the previous chop but it'll do till next time and I’m less anxious about it. Both her and original stylist have apologized again and offered me refund to which I refused. Business is business and I was just thankful for the redemption for this experience. Grace all around as we all own up and learn from our mistakes (including myself for jumping on the negative review before allowing them to fix it). I do not hold a grudge against the salon and applaud them for making things right.

Isabella is adorable and an increible hair stylist! It was my first time to use her and I'm so pleased with her expertise In coloring, cutting and styling my hair! She's quick, but still takes the time needed to do a great job! She came highly recommended and I'm so happy that I took my friend's adviice! I look forward to returning in eight weeks! The salon is beautiful and very clean and definitely takes Covid serioulsy by taking all precautions to keep clients safe!
