Serenity Spa & Nails

My family and I came in today and we told them how our nails wasn’t done right and they listened to us so they could do it the way we want them done. I left here beyond happy. Great conversations, great service and they take their time. Shout out to Colby, Henry and Kay. As you see below these are the before and after pictures. I don't know if they're racist in there or what but I've never had a good experience. I went to get an ombre acrylic. The lady pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about or how to do it . you're literally in the shop with that exactly design on display . She did a rushed, basic gel polish in a ugly pink color instead. But they made me pay ahead of time so I don't know what they even charged me for. Fast forward I tried to give them a second chance months later, and they were trying to overcharge me and then rushed me out when I questioned with the price. 190 dollars for acrylic? I didn't even want any fancy designs. just a basic acrylic set that should have been under even 90 dollars. But my friend who told me to go there NEVER has problems. I never write reviews but I was shocked by the customer service. Many things went wrong such as the tech cutting my finger and then gluing it? The French tips were see through - very obviously needed another coat but I was treated almost as I was just seeing things and stylist told me as she went back to fix it if this didn’t make me happy she didn’t know what else to say lol. The most expensive nails I’ve never paid for and I am most definitely not satisfied.

Anna at Serenity Spa and Nails is amazing! She always does a fantastic job and takes the time to make sure I'm happy with my nails. I love that she pays attention to the details—my nails are always straight and even. Highly recommend this place!

Very rude, Asian lady with short blonde/silver hair with deep voice is aggressive with the way she speaks and impatient, and doesn’t listen. Body language rude as well. The other slow looking Asian lady rolled her eyes at a customer because she wanted her real nails filed down. They are just rude not good people. Complained about not bein able to do a style but the French tip style was so simple she just didn’t listen to comprehend.
