Nicole is amazing!!! I left feeling fabulous!!! She’s the best!!!! Ladies!!! I love the way she does my hair!!! I asked for a short haircut! Love it!!!! Great customer service!!

I was a customer of Sergio's for many years (more than a decade). It used to be a magical place, where you would feel like Royalty. Let me just say that this current salon location is not what it use to be. The place is shared by a tattoo parlor and it has lost all of its glamour and courtesy. You definitely do not get what you pay for, with high prices, no pampering and bad customer service. I do hope that the owner re-considers her business operations, or else the salon will continue to decline and be one of the many run-down establishments that exist out there.

First off, The woman didn't listen to the instructions given to her. She only cut the ends, not the style that was asked for, and was shown an example of what we wanted. The Air Conditioning didn't work and it was 100 degrees or more in this business, we were sweating a lot from the heat and the woman cutting hair was texting with someone all the while cutting hair. They did not informed us of the Air Condition problem until after we asked why is was so hot in there. Also they offer a wash and Conditioner with the service but the woman didn't want to perform this service as she said the hair was already clean and didn't need it. I highly recommend you stay away from this place as they charge a lot of money and didn't do all that was offered, I tried to talk to the owner the next day as we

Do NOT waste your money here!!! I booked an appointment here based on the good online reviews. My mistake. I came in for a hair cut with Vanessa. She absolutely butchered the cut. I asked for long layers. Needless to say these "layers" are not even. My hair looks completely crooked, even my ends aren't straight. It looks like I hung my head upside down and cut the hair myself. I have never written a negative review on someone ever...but I am so upset that Vanessa feels she may be good at cutting hair. She may eventually be "good" one day... but she definitely needs better instruction and practice. I am completely embarrassed with my hair and now will need to pay more money elsewhere to fix it. I also heard this place was one if the best salons in SA. Perhaps it was YEARS ago. N

Sergios is my MOST favorite salon ever! I have loved their work since moving here in 94. Nus (my love) takes such wonderful care of my hair, it's very soft and we'll nourished. He's a world traveler; who's studied women and hair all over the globe. Having grown up as a hair model in top salons I can say with confidence that I have NEVER met a more handsome or skilled hairdresser . I would selfishly like to keep him a secret, he's SO very good. It's amazing that he stays here, when he could perform his magic anywhere.
