I go here every 2 weeks like clockwork to get my eyebrows waxed, tinted and my eyelashes done. It cost about $43 and I always leave a $10-$20 tip. The last 2 times I went I had to have the lady fix them multiple times before I left because they were leaning down towards my eye and sticking straight out with no curl. The last time the lash in the corner of my eye started to fall off within a couple days so I just glued it back myself. Well this time the next day it started falling off so I went in the day after that (2 days after getting done) and asked the lady to fix it. She said ok I’ll fix it for $7. 🤬 ma’am I literally just got them done why would you charge me to fix it? Needless to say yall lost a good customer which you really can’t afford to do since it’s always empty in there! You

The lady threading my eyebrows was rushing, seemed like she was just trying to finish. Ended up cutting me, when she was “showing” me the results she showed me the the mirror quickly and walked over to the counter. When she was counting the change I realized she had cut me.

I went to the store to get my eyelashes done on Thursday. By Saturday, the eyelashes came off while I was at work. I worked long hours on weekends, so I wasn’t able to return to the store right away. On Monday, when I called them, the lady on the phone seemed like she didn’t understand me at first. Later, she said that it’s not guaranteed for eyelashes to last longer and that there’s nothing she can do.

I had my eyelashes done on a Monday evening. By Wednesday morning, my left lash was hanging off my eyelid and was slightly irritated. I went back Wednesday afternoon to get my eyelash fixed and they charged me another $7. I told the tech that I did not wash around my eyes, since I have had lashes before, and am well aware of this rule, but she was insistent that I did not take care of my lashes. Also, they put way too much glue on the individual lashes, making them feel heavy. I will NOT use their services again.

This is the worst place I've ever been to for brow and face threading. I've been getting my face threaded for 12 years and this has been the worst. I wanted to try this place out cuz it was closer to my house but never again. First of all their prices are higher than other places nearby and the quality of work is the worst. My face was threaded in such slow and disorganized manner. The lady started with my eyebrows and went to my jawline, then back to my cheeks, then back to my lower face. She never did my forehead and when I asked her to do it she tried taking out my baby hair.... It was just a hot mess. It clearly shows that she has no experience whatsoever. My whole neck is burnt and there is still hair!!! It's normal to have burns but not to this extent! I could've done a better job us
