Spliff is the best Barber. He provides excellent service & prices. His shop is clean & has a nice relaxing vibe. He took care of my elderly father & treated him with care. Amazing barbershop! The owner is super cool and kind and does very well on cuts. My brothers and I have came to him for years for haircuts and have never been disappointed.
