My appointment was at 3:15 and I didn't have to wait. Nina did my pedicure and gel manicure exactly how I wanted them and was very thorough. I will definitely be going back!

They are not professional , the manicure is terrible , I do better by may self . They know how to be professional but they to lasy. I had very bad flu and I go to cancel my appointment and she was very rude telling me this is only one time she is not going to charge me for cancelation. Really, after many years with you and all my tips. I was not chip. Most of all they do not use sterilization and they speek in they origin language most of the time, we (customers) do not know , maybe they are laughing of us?

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. At my last appointment, I was charged an extra $10 unexpectedly. The nail tech acknowledged it and offered me $5 off my next visit to make up for it. When I came back, she didn’t honor the discount and acted like it was never discussed. It’s not about the money — it’s about keeping your word and respecting your customers. I shouldn’t have to remind someone of a promise they made to fix their own mistake. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of honesty and professionalism, and I won’t be returning. I have been a customer for about 2 years with plenty of referrals, customer consideration and accountability go a long way.

Very bad experience. The wait time is extremely long because there are only two nail techs, and on top of that, the service itself takes way too long. Nina was the one who did my nails. I was charged extra without a clear explanation. Part of my natural nail was ripped off, and instead of removing the nails safely, she forced them off with a clipper while I was clearly in pain. She then continued filing with the machine, which hurt even more. The final result was horrible, my nails were damaged, and I left in pain and very disappointed. This was careless, unprofessional, and not worth the money. I am never going back there.

Came in on a week day, lady says it’s appointment only, I I asked about coming in on Friday. She says I don’t know I came previously on A weekend and she turned me away then as well. I find that the Vietnamese woman there that is doing nails is very selective with whom she chooses to service. It is very unprofessional, And biased.
