Sexy Nails II

I've been going here for a year and it feels like a self-treat every time :) This is the only salon I go to after not finding the same quality at other salons. I have my favorite nail techs that I go to and I encourage any customer to go in and find their own favorite staff too! The staff does an amazing job every time and will guide me through decision-making if I ask. There was one time when a nail tech made a comment about my headscarf and mentioned stereotypes linked to the way I dressed. After a brief (and open + friendly!) conversation, I recognized it was from a place of curiosity. This only happened once, and I don't lack confidence in Top Nails' approach with customer service. No matter what, the staff is professional, polite and very easy to chat with!

My daughter and I started going to this Top nail spa, recommended by a friend of mine. The initial visit was great price service and all. Ok we went back twice and each time my nails ALL lifted! Ok so I go back to inform them about my issue and the nail tech Glued my dipped nail back, which when I got home pick up a towel and whole nail came off! Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! I told they tech I was going out of town the next day, so thanks a lot. I’m done! (Nail dipping set DOES NOT LAST A FULL WEEK)

This place is very welcoming. Long is the best at what he does. He always have my nails on point. They also do the best pedicures.

Lisa did my pedicure it was good and her husband did my dip polish. The pedicure was 35+20 for gel polish okay that's fine. Dip polish was 45 okay no problem. How did my total equals $110???? $5 to take off my dip polish and $5 for extra long nail‍ please see the picture below. It's no way I have extra long nails. And these are my real nails no tip or overlay on them. It's not posted anywhere in the salon it's a fee to remove dip polish. You should post it instead of having hidden fees. If you go please confirm your total before you sit down. No I will NOT return.
