Nathalie was absolutely amazing! She took me in last minute and gave me a brand-new set of acrylic tips with gel, and I couldn’t be happier. She was extremely careful while removing my old set and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, no pain at all. Her attention to detail is phenomenal, and it truly shows in her work. On top of that, she was so friendly and kind, which made the whole experience even better. My nails look like absolute perfection. I highly recommend Nathalie! ✨💅

0 if I could. Been going there for 3 years and lately such a bad experience. Just got my nails done now and they look horrible , not shaped and thick with bubbles. Not even from the starts with the gel , very disappointed . It’s an expensive place and not a good quality

I have frequented this place over the years as I travel a lot for work but I had the most frustrating and painful experience at this salon today. During my pedicure, they cut open the side of my big toe. When I brought it up, the owner had the audacity to downplay the injury, telling me it wasn’t "that serious." As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I asked for a refund (because now I realize I can’t put any pressure on my toe), I was told that they had to remove the gel polish, okay fine remove everything but do not touch my toe. They literally just removed the color, I spent the rest of my afternoon scraping off layers of gel, all while being careful not to put pressure on my injured toe. This level of disregard for customer well-being and complete lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Sa

This place has distroyed my nails so badly! I was there in January to have my acrylic nails removed. They put me with an unexperienced girl who shaved down my nails so much… that left my nails with uneven surface. My natural nail is gone and I have major breakage 🥺 it just won’t recover.. I will never go back to this place
