if I could give zero stars I would. They were unprofessional, attitudinal, & didn't even greet me. One of the braiders looked at me and said, "what you looking at for," when the other braider told me to go to one of the ladies. The owner, who was supposed to do my hair, never passed along to the hairstylist that she was supposed to do my hair like she said she would. Then, I had to call the owner to confirm if we were still good to do my hair, she dropped on me last minute saying she's sick. So when were you going to let me know?! The vibe was very awkward, uncomfortable, and disgusting because they didn't even care about the service they were "giving."
