If I could give zero starts I would. I got my hair done two weeks ago here. And she completely destroyed my hair. I wanted to go a little lighter so I went to a different salon this past weekend. As the stylist at the new salon was going over my hair she had pointed out everything that is wrong with my hair. I now have to pay $350 for another salon to fix my hair. I was told to reach out and let Maria know of the problem to see if she would at least somewhat compensate for the horrible job she did. She has not responded at all to the messages that I sent over two days ago. Do NOT waste your money here, because you will then turn around and need to pay even more to get your hair fixed!

Maria is great! She was flexible and accommodating, working around my schedule. She listens and cut and colored my hair to perfection! I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. She is knowledgeable, a talented colorist and stylist, and easy to chat with. I look forward to my next appointment!

i came to maria’s salon and got my hair lightened for the first time in 2.5 years. she followed and listened to EXACTLY what i asked for, and produced results that were IDENTICAL to my photo. she carefully explained in detail any questions i had and made me feel very confident throughout the entire appointment. if there was ever something i didn’t like she immediately went back in to correct it. maria is the best hairdresser in carlisle i’ll go to her forever!!
