I’ve been coming here for a while, today was my first time having Olga, she did AMAZING. She was super sweet and welcoming. I knew I wanted French tips but not sure what designed I wanted and she did her thing!! She’s very precise with her work. Definitely will be asking for her from now on!!

TERRIBLE!!! I have never in my life been to a nail salon this bad. I went 6 days ago and got a gel pedicure which over the phone they said was only $50 then when I got there they charged me $55. The pedi was awful didn't get any of the skin off my feet, barely rubbed my feet, and worst of all my gel polish is chipping off already 6 days after my pedicure. I also got my nails done and they have a price board in the salon, I don't recommend reading anything off of it because it's WRONG. I got a basic acrylic overlay fill-in which I thought was $30 based on the pricing board, and when I checked out they told me my nails were $65. When I asked about the pricing they told me they charge $5 to cut your nails, another $5 to file your nails, and another $5 to shape (even though my nails were alrea

the first time i really liked my nails but after getting a fill in the shape is not consistent it’s actually terrible & the atmosphere is not welcoming at all to me but to each its own. the tech who worked on my nails should pay more attention to nails and not her phone, she tried to put primer on my nails but missed a couple steps then realized and tried to go back. i will not be returning

Lemme first start off saying I could really be the pickiest client you ever had 😩😂I speak up! And I don’t mind paying the price ! And I dont EVER regret speaking up at this salon ! They KNOW how to give amazing customer service and really are cool woman to be around. They have an amazing boss with awesome leadership qualities . I usually get my nails done by Kat (my favorite !!) everytime I sit down here I’m happy, all the woman are easy to talk to and have done amazing jobs on me. Be specific about what you really want & you will leave happy I promise

I have been to this facility a large amount of times with my kids and sent other people to this location. Best place I have ever been to and I have been getting these services for over 30 years. 98 percent of the time I am extremely happy with my services and anytime I am not happy with something or dislike something they always go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Communication is always key,if there is an issue speak up and let it be known but also try to be respectful when delivering your message of disappointment. You catch more with sugar than salt.
