I visited this salon on November 28th, the day after Thanksgiving, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. I originally had an appointment in October, but USPS misplaced my wig. The salon took it upon themselves to help me track it down, kept in contact with me, and held my wig for over a month. They even kept it safe during their move to a new location. That level of customer service is rare, and I appreciated every part of it.
