She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care, and continues to expand her knowledge and stays current with new technology and information which I really appreciate. She is kind and genuine, I always look forward to my appointments because they are incredibly relaxing! My skin has significantly improved since starting with Shantal, I get comments all the time about how glowy and smooth my skin looks. She explains everything in a way that makes you feel empowered, not overwhelmed. What really stood out to me was how kind, passionate, and genuinely caring she is. Shantal is amazing. It was my first time getting a facial. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the way. I got facial and a lash lift. Shantal is a professional and an expert in her craft. I I felt like a new woman walking out of there. The studio was beautifully decorated and relaxing.
