Really disappointed with my results, I had complained to her (Cece) that my nails looked uneven (because she had put the wrong tip size for them), and she just told me that the dip powder was going to fix that, and of course, that did not fix it. She just seemed to be in a rush to jump onto the other customer waiting for her, and she did a bad job. She was sweet, but I don’t pay for just sweetness, I paid the same that every customer pay, for a good job, and it was not done. She did not even my toe nails either. Horrible work, I asked for very square nails and ended up with chunky nails and a dirty finish. Disappointing for a $82 work.

i just got my nail done here for prom and I love it. It's so cute and the staff were so nice and patient. I'm so happy with my result. The store was very clean and hygienic and it was a very friendly environment

they saw my previous review about being unsatisfied with my nails and immediately called to schedule a complimentary appointment to give me what i asked for. i love my new nails honestly the best nails ive had in my life and mei is so sweet we had a whole conversation and i felt taken care of. long story short, i had isa the first time but if you are looking for really professional and kindness, ask for mei❤️

(Edited) my new favorite nail salon. This is the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to, the staff are all nice and friendly, they have an insane selection of colors and dip powders. They also have massages available. I recommend this place for sure!!! May the manager is the biggest sweetheart I’ve ever met. She takes her time to make sure you get what you want. She changed my entire experience from the first time I came here. My nails didn’t work out the first time but she reached out to make it right and she not only made it right, she made it a million times better. Sweetest personality, very professional and so very talented. I am very happy with my nails and happy she has so much pride in her work. It was definitely worth the second chance! Wow, I'm really not sure how to even rate this place. Hubby and I both got pedicures, he got a manicure also. He seemed happy with it- he had Amy. Me? I felt very uncomfortable during my experience. To say my nail tech was racing through it is such an understatement. After the 3 or 4th time she nicked me, I finally moved or something to let her know I am indeed feeling that. She told me that if it hurt it was because I had dry skin around the nail. (Um, yeah, that's why I'm here. However, that shouldn't cause my discomfort.) My massage was great, truly... all 90 seconds of it. She answered the phone numerous times however i totally understand that. Honestly, this was not a pleasant, relaxing experience overall and we'll not be back.
