Really sad and really disappointed with the outcome and lack of professionalism this salon has. Ruined and burned my sisters hair leaving a bald spot after having her wait for hours and not want to do the right thing is just bad business was thinking about doing a weave myself but now I’m just turned off.

Terrible customer service! Very unprofessional, she lacks communication skills! She also did not do the style I asked for. She ruined my Mother’s Day!
