Phenomenal job by front desk team and Gianna today. Brought in my son today after another salon messed up his haircut. Kaliyah (front desk) was very accommodating and sweet. She squeezed us in with Gianna (stylist). Gianna was very attentive and worked well with my son. She did the haircut exactly how I wanted! After the haircut the provided us with complementary balloons and lollipops. Will be returning here, loved the experience! 🦈🎉

I brought my daughter in for the first time to this location and the staff was friendly and provided immediate customer service. Check in was easy, Gianna was the stylist and was very friendly and attentive to both my daughter and myself. Great haircut bonus nail polish, balloon, and hair glitter offered (we declined). Will come back again and my daughter left happy and loving her haircut!

Gianna is the best! So sweet and gentle with my son. I always come early to make sure we have plenty of time for our appointment. I booked the appointment last min and I am so glad they had availability. My son was actually excited for a hair cut this time. 3 times so far and can’t wait to come back for the next cut.

This was, without a doubt, the worst salon experience I have ever had. I’ve been to this salon many times and have left happy but this was an unforgettable ordeal. 🚫 Unprofessional Conduct Rude and Dismissive Greeting: We arrived 5 minutes early for my daughter's appointment. The stylist, who was busy working on another staff member's hair, told us curtly to "take a chair" without any greeting. She was clearly prioritizing internal work over her paying client's scheduled time. Shocking Response to Feedback: The haircut was disappointing, with visible, chunky ends that needed blending. When I asked her to fix the ends, she became immediately defensive and accused me of not specifically "telling her" to texturize the hair. I expect a professional hairstylist to know how to finish a cut prop

My daughter had been twice and her experience was okay, but the experience with my son was somewhat unpleasant. The fade was terrible and the haircut just looked rushed and choppy. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay too much attention after she was done because I just wanted to leave. It wasn’t the haircut that bothered me. It was the experience. The stylist just seemed to be in a bad mood. She was rough on my sweet 5 year old, who just sat there. A regrettable experience that has me kicking myself days later for not having said anything in the moment. She spent maybe around 10 mins on his hair and for these 10 mins she just looked so annoyed while she roughly used the clippers. Even when asking him to look down- her tone was just so annoyed
