Leah and Shyenne were so patient and caring with my daughters. They made sure the girls felt comfortable and had a voice in choosing their manicures and hairstyles. It was a perfect first experience and we will be sure to come back for another visit!

I have a kiddo on the spectrum and is very squirmy. I specifically ask for Gigi because she is able to manage him and get him to cooperate. She’s also very quick and does a good job. My older kiddo also loves getting her haircut here.

Do not waste your money on this place! They messed up my son’s hair and when I asked them to trim the hair on the side because it’s uneven, Dominic (receptionist) told me that I should have booked for extended time and I should hold my son properly because another client was waiting. He is 2 years old and I’ve tried my best. This is our 3rd time coming, and I had no issues before even if he cried so much. The lady was still able to cut his hair well before but this time was the worst because of that Dominic. She just doesn’t care even if they messed up. I came in on time and I waited for few minutes. That’s not my prob if they have another client waiting. They should fix my son’s hair. Before we left, she told me to come back if I want the hair redone. The AUDACITY to offer me that after s

Desiree was kind, patient, and truly tried to create a warm experience for us. Sadly, the front desk interaction with Dominic was dismissive, irritated, and unwelcoming from the start, immediately removing the sense of comfort a children’s salon should provide. This should be a joyful and lighthearted place for families, and instead it felt tense and unpleasant. One exceptional stylist cannot outweigh a front desk experience that drives families away, and this is something management needs to address directly.

They just do not care about appointments. We waited 35+ minutes after our appointment since the receptionist kept taking walk ins and overbooking so we had to wait. No one let us know what was happening and then when someone did speak to us it was to give information that was false. Will never go back. Plenty of other places to get a kids haircut. Not worth the price when they won’t honor reservations made in advance. So many other great neighborhood shops that value clients and their time.
