My first time going to this location was absolutely amazing! The owner spoke to me in regards to my Intrest and needs. She is so generous and kind! Fully open and available to help! I came in for two massages and it was so amazing from the moment I walked in the seating had a massage chair the music was peaceful the massage room was so nice the bedding smelled so fresh and felt so soft. I went to sleep during my massage! When I left the spa I felt like I was walking on clouds! I will definitely come back to this location! Absolutely worth it!

I had some questions about the results of my dermal filler and sent an email listed on the medspa website. Sha, the owner, responded to me directly and so quick. She went above and beyond to make sure my procedure is to my satisfaction. Everyone at Sha's has been consistently kind and professional, and I’m grateful for how they handled my concerns. It’s clear they stand behind their work and care about client satisfaction.

Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting over 2 hours with no clear communication, no apology, and no respect for my time. What’s the point of making appointments if clients are treated like walk-ins? The staff appeared disorganized and completely unconcerned about the delay. A spa should provide relaxation and professionalism — unfortunately, this place delivered neither. Time is valuable, and customers deserve basic courtesy and accountability. I will not be returning and would not recommend this spa to anyone expecting professional service.

From consultation to treatment, everything at Sha’s was amazing. I appreciated how knowledgeable and honest the staff was about what would work best for my skin. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and well taken care of. If you’re looking for a med spa that truly delivers, this is it.

Sha’s is hands down one of the best med spa experiences I’ve had. I came in for a hydrafacial and dermaplaning, and my skin has never felt this clean and refreshed. The products are high quality, and the attention to detail is next level. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and glowing. Highly recommend❤
