Spoke to stylist, She informed me I'd have to pay half as a deposit. Sent the money then the day before I messaged to confirm said appointment, and she says she needs more money to hold the chair. Refused to refund my money, although when she asked for more money, it was to "hold the chair." The deposit is supposed to be to reserve appointment time/chair. Now I can't get ahold of her cause she has blocked me.The fact that she was paid half upfront and wanted the more before the appointment time says scammer all day. And yes, I will inform every social network that this company is scamming people. Now I'm in the process of pressing fraudulent/scamming charges with the local fraud dept. Beware
