I think this has been the best manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Shay is thorough and thoughtful. Shay cares about the services she provides. Shay takes her time to make sure your nails are healthy and clean. If you are looking for a great nail technician who truly cares, I highly recommend Shay. I have zero regrets, and extremely pleased.

Shay's boutique is Ballantyne's nail gem! This woman is so talented, kind, and creative! She always makes all of my nail design dreams come true....no matter what crazy idea I bring her. She is incredibly passionate about her work and is a total perfectionist - which is what you want for nails! And don't get me started on her pedicures. She uses tools I have never seem other nail artists use before to gently exfoliate and get rid of cracked heels without making them worse! Shay is truly the best, I am SO glad I found her.

Shay is an excellent nail artist. She is the most professional and caring person, I did my nails with her for about 8 years and was always the happiest with the results. The only reason I don’t go to her anymore is because she moved to another state, so for those of you that have her near please don’t waste the opportunity to go to her for your nails :)
