Well, to start off I do want to say Rachel is a very sweet lady & I went to her 2 weeks prior to get a haircut. Which I LOVED!!!! She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. BUT...when I booked her again 2 weeks later for a balayage. I couldn’t believe what I paid for. I am getting emotional just thinking about this all over again. I went for my appointment and left looking like the first picture. Immediately told Rachel, that that wasn’t what I asked for. (I even texted her a picture of the color I wanted 2 weeks prior) we scheduled another appointment for her to ‘FIX’ it. Later that afternoon she called and I went in for the ‘touch up’. First off before coming to see Henrietta we went to a local salon to get my wife’s extensions done. With my wife having psoriasis we did not know much about the extensions that needed to be put in. So we got taped hair extensions and the salon said she had to have her hair cut as well as colored to help match the color of extensions. A few weeks later a couple of the extensions came out and we were not happy! I said well these are not supposed to come out. After a month of dealing with these taped extensions coming out well and knowing we have our wedding in a few months we decided to look into someone else doing the extensions. I got the call and she said I’m going to try this lady in Irving Ms Henrietta! I said well I sure don’t know much about extensions but if her reviews are great
