If I could give this place negative stars I most definitely would. I have NEVER had an experience this awful. I went in for my appt and waited TWO HOURS before they called me back. I was ready to go but waited because I couldn’t find a place to get me in before 2 weeks That was MY mistake for waiting. The stylist was unprofessional, stepped out for smoke breaks and who else knows what. I asked for an inch off my hair that I had been growing for 4 years and she cut off 4in. The hair cut was choppy and not even what I wanted I regret waiting and even showing up. There’s more I’d add into the review if I could. Will be recommending friends nd family to avoid this salon at any given chance

Am so glad I found Britney as she is absolutely amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on my color and couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend her to everyone.

Britney is absolutely amazing at what she does. I always leave Shear Rio happy. Britney listens to what I want, and figures out the best way to deliver. Her work always meets, and exceeds my expectations. The salon is super cute, welcoming, and professional. I love that I can have a fresh cup of coffee while I get my hair done. This is the perfect family salon too. I take my kids to Britney, and they love her, and that they can watch movies or play games while getting their hair done.
