I got a balayage done here in October, and unfortunately I’ve been unhappy with the results since then. From the beginning, I mentioned that my hair does not lift easily without bleach based on prior experience. I was advised to trust the process, but the initial lift did not work as expected. The stylist then proceeded to tease and bleach my hair while it was wet. I specifically asked whether this would be okay and was reassured that it would be. While the hair did lift, the teasing wasn’t done evenly, which resulted in visible patchiness in multiple areas. The final color also turned out very copper/orange, whereas I had clearly asked for a brown tone. Since then, I’ve had to rely on semi-permanent glosses just to make the color presentable for school. Joyce is an amazing woman and even better hair stylist. She has helped me prepare my hair for donation and have greatly appreciated her help. The salon is very clean and relaxing, I really love the weekend hours! And would recommend this place to anyone!

I was absolutely shocked and disappointed with this salon, after having gone for a haircut the first time and being happy, to having my appointments (color and cut) rescheduled, due to their error, for two separate days, then show up not even being addressed by name, to be turned away and told sorry there is nothing we can do 😳 Their lack of professionalism is astonishing!

My haircut was perfect but most importantly she gave me her time. She showed me how to get more volume and how to keep the style in place. I thought she was great.
