I've been there 2 times. The first time was OK, but the second time it was painful for some reason, as if hair was pulled out instead of cut in some places.

If you want quick and simple haircut this is the cheapest place in downtown.

Sandy is so excellent! She helped me figure out what hairstyle I should wear and was quick, friendly, and professional. If you’re looking for a new place to get your hair done in Bellevue I’d highly recommend coming here.

Sandy has been my barber for almost three years and she is the best! - great haircut, always asks precisely what I want, what number I want her to use, even though I always just say things like 'short' - great price, today I got a haircut and asked her to buzz my beard and I think she tried to not charge me for the beard. Anyways, deserves a big tip and it's still less than I think it is worth - efficient, she is so quick with her hands, not rushed but precise. If it ever looks busy (she is the only barber since 2020) I'm not afraid to wait because she gets through the line quickly - great to talk to, about family or work or travel or the holidays, I love sitting in the chair talking to Sandy. I've been going to Sandy since she opened Shears'n Clips. I've tried other places from time to time but always come back to Sandy. She does a great job for me and my two boys and has been cutting their hair since they were babies.
