Update from 12/11: I have not received a refund still. In September, I saw Liz to darken up my base and freshen up the highlights that she had done before. Liz had done a fine job in the past, but this last visit was not that. I had paid $330.00 with tip for my service. My hair had turned darker than I had wanted with blue and orange still in my hair. I was trying so hard not to break down in tears while leaving. Liz had put me down for a phone call follow up to see how I felt about my hair a week later because she wanted to know how it would look after a few washes which I agreed to and paid her for the service. Wonderful. I had my first service (a haircut) from Jennifer Jones. She did a nice job and I will definitely be returning. What I liked most is that she listened to MY needs and cut accordingly.

Love getting my hair done with Ellie! She always does an amazing job and makes it look so good. She colored it last time for my wedding, and I absolutely loved the way it looked!
