Sheila has been a massage therapist to me, my husband, and my daughter in law, (while she was pregnant). Sheila is extremely competent, caring, and focused on her clientele's specific needs be they sports injuries, recovering from surgeries, overuse, or just poor posture. I have known Sheila for about 10 years, as a therapist, and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family. She is a gifted healer.
Sheila was a pleasure to meet and her hands are magical! I enjoyed the experience all around. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch massage therapist.
