Was booked here to get twist. I was driving over an hour to come here! I saw some complaints online that triggered me because I’ve had those same things happen to me at other places! So I wanted to call and touch base with them and just had a couple questions before I came! I got no response on their socials, no one answered the phone! I called and messaged several times over the course of 3 days! The communication is definitely off here and Needs fixed immediately! I cancelled my appointment “they can keep the deposit” I just went to another African braiding salon they were amazing and had A1 communication with me to put my mind at ease! They did amazing on my hair!

It was great my hair was well done and the worker was so nice . She knows how to do hair very well well I recommend you to visit this hair shop ❤️💕♥️♥️

Ick, the women here are slightly rude. Braids are not up to par with other shops a smidge outdated never on time and one of the girls stops to eat constantly while doing your hair ..🤯 not paying for your lunch break girl. I wonder if the baby still comes to the shop. Not good experience here and they will talk about you like a dog right in your face.p.s never on time and double book

This place is a hidden Jem! I missed my first appointment due to miscommunication and dependence on taxi service. The owner Pricilla, contacted me and opened the shop on a Sunday to accommodate my work schedule and 2 hour drive time from Meadville PA. It was well worth the trip (drove my car; plenty of free parking). Harriet and Doreen did my micros in approximately 5 hours. They are about 12/14in long when loose, and as you can see there is no pain. that ponytail is from the morning after styling and I left the shop that way as well. I paid $220 including 2.5 packs of hair. They continually checked to make sure I was comfortable and that the braids were not too tight (this is crucial, be honest or you will regret it ladies: lying about tightness when asked is exactly how you end up bald o

By far the best experience I've had with braids in my life!!! Super friendly and caring environment! The owner was super informative about the the style I wanted and the length and condition of my hair, still being able to give me exactly what I wanted! I high recommend this salon for braiding.
