Shelbi was an Angel, very kind and gentle, she was extremely patient and understanding of my anxiety. The healing process was easy and I was looking pretty handsome with my results. Her instructions for after care were clear and precise, I highly recommended her for any men or women who work in the sun or harsh weather conditions to maintain and improve their skin care and wellness. That halo treatment is sweet.

She is an effective injector, and I have seen her since the early days of her practice, when she was working out of a small space dingy room in a hair salon. So we’re talking THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS spent. Her technical work has consistently been good. Unfortunately, the business side has gone downhill. The experience now feels overly focused on sales, with pressure to purchase products and packages that lack clear pricing, written policies, or transparency. When I’ve asked reasonable questions about fees or policies, the response has been confrontational and defensive rather than professional. This review is based solely on the scheduling experience, I was not treated here. I’m sure the providers are excellent. Shelbi Aesthetics was highly recommended by my injector, so I reached out without hesitation. Unfortunately, I spent nearly 3 weeks texting with multiple staff members before learning the $400 + deposit (20% of treatment cost) was completely nonrefundable once paid. So no cancellations only reschedules once your deposit is collected, even with advanced notice. I only found this out because I paused right before giving my card info to ask. It took almost a week to get a blunt text response back: “Deposit is nonrefundable!” As the person that was going to take my card did not know the cancellation policy. Wild! Shelbi is one of the best providers I have ever had! She did an incredible job with my MicronJet/Skin booster treatment and now my skin tone is the best it has ever looked. I will absolutely be coming back!
