Shellac Nails

Although, I've had good experiences with Irish in the past. Today's visit was a disaster. I called before catching a Lyft to see if anyone was available for a pedi & mani. I was told to come now. I arrived 15 minutes later, and no one was available except a new lady. I appreciate the efforts of new techs, but not when I'm preparing for my St. Thomas birthday trip. After several attempts to get a gel pedicure, I felt it was best for me to tip the new hire for her efforts and find somewhere else to go. I wasted my money on a Lyft, and still have to find another nail salon. Total waste of my time and money.

Friendly. I felt welcomed. I got the styles that I wanted, from nails, toes, and brows! Nice atmosphere. Clean.

Usually I get great service and my nail look decent but today I was directed to a NEWER nail tech that seem to practice doing my nails full price and this was the result. They look HORRIBLE. I didn’t want to make a scene. I didn’t have the time to wait for her to get it right I just wished they supervise the new nail tech getting into the business. People pay their hard earned money and to pay $40 to look like this, is disgusting. No cuticle clean up nor lotion application. Sorry, but she need supervision before releasing her to qualify. Nail bed looks horrible! Quality looks like homemade.

Ms. Kim did an amazing job, using liquid gel. She made sure my nails were immaculate.

Iris is my nail tech. Or as I call it my nail therapist. This place is not only reasonable but their techs are extraordinary at their job. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Her nails are always on point. Strongly recommend this place.
