Came to get a perm and showed several images on how i was looking to get my hair done. Gave a descriptive emphasis on wanting loose curls and even confirmed with the stylist if she understood my needs and wants. Needless to say, they did whatever they wanted to do and completely ignored my request. Still paid for the service, but ultimately do the research and avoid this place. Thoroughly read the reviews , hopefully, other people will have a pleasant experience here.

I went in requesting a particular style, particular highlights . Came out with horrible highlights and a short cut. They definitely over charged me. Now I have to make this work til it grows back the front desk lady was nice, but ended up lying and saying my cut was nice and my highlights looked nice. But she know the lady messed up, and still over charged me.

Came in for a haircut as I have in the past. I spent a while growing my hair out and just wanted to add layers for volume. The lady that helped me cut the bottom layer shorter than everything else, and asked me if I wanted to pay extra for a blow dry and I said no thank you. She finishes the cut, then blow dries it. I walk out thinking she did a great job, then get home and shower to realize the layers are completely uneven, and I started to think she blow dried it to hide all the mistakes made on my haircut. I ended up having to go elsewhere to chop my hair off, almost 5/6 inches to make up for all the parts that were messed up. Workers are kind, but this was a nightmare.

So very happy with my hair cut !!!! The lady was amazing and understanding having my small children with me and 1 of them being cranky. This is the best place to get your hair cut in yonkers. Thanks ladies

Best place to get your haircut. The staff is super friendly, I think their prices are super fair, and they always accommodate my specific needs. Loved every haircut I got from here.
