Shimmer Nail Spa

I’ve tried several different nail salons around Bay Ridge and this is the one I keep coming back to! Their dip powder manicures last for weeks and they always look incredible. I’ve had my nails done by Monica the last two times and she’s amazing, she is very patient and always knows just what to do to make my nails look as great as possible.

I absolutely love this nail salon! They are some of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met. They always take the time to really listen when you explain how you want your nails done, and they make sure everything is just right. The staff is professional, well-mannered, and truly knows what they’re doing. The atmosphere is very welcoming, clean, and relaxing. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows every time. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality and great service.

Been coming here for over 2 months now and the nails techs here are legit. They do the best with shaping. I typically get a regular pedicure and sns nails but have recently started getting gel design and Monica is very talented. The hospitality here is phenomenal and theyre even open slightly later. Its a clean spot with reasonable pricing. I have lived in the area for 5 years and its taken me a long time to find a really good place.

I’m really happy with how these nails turned out. The overall look is elegant with a soft, shimmery gradient that catches the light beautifully. The accent designs make the set feel extra special — the thumb has a colorful stained-glass style pattern outlined in gold, which gives it a unique, artistic touch. I also love the 3D metallic bow on the ring finger; it adds just the right amount of charm without being too much. The shape is smooth and consistent, and the finish looks clean and glossy. It’s a cute mix of classy and creative — perfect if you want something sparkly but still interesting and detailed.

I did my bridal manicure and pedicure here and I couldn't be happier. I had inspo pics that were brought to life with tweaks. The 3d flowers on the nails are beautifully done. The french tip with sparkles are perfect in colors and shape. The gel has not lifted at all. I'm so glad to have come here!
