I walked in without appointment on a horribly wet day. Cici took care of me for a lavender spa pedicure. It was divine! Paraffin wax treatment, scrub, massage, cuticle work, mask, steam. Gentle exfoliation of feet with foot board (not grater) amazing how much dead skin she sloughed off. I almost fell asleep. Manicure was gentle too - precision cuticle work with no nicks. They also did my daughter’s nails. Her first time at a salon. Exciting! I enjoyed a relaxing 10 mins shoulder massage too. Best $65 I’ve spent all week. $13 for kids manicure. 💅 I had a positive experience. They were so kind and even gave my daughter a hair clip as a parting gift. I’ll start by saying my experience yesterday may have been very bad because of the girl who did my nails and can’t necessarily hold it against the place itself. Nobody was wearing name tags, so I don’t know her name. I first got a pedicure and the water in the tub was burning hot and she dunked my feet in. I had to quickly pull them out. Next I got a clear gel manicure which I’d say is pretty simple. When she was removing some extra skin, she clipped a pretty big piece off my finger and I flinched and was bleeding. She couldn’t get the bleeding to stop. I was so flustered after this that I didn’t even realize she didn’t clean up my cuticles or put on any hand lotion. I think she was nervous after making me significantly bleed that she barely cleaned up the rest of my nails. I thought I’d a

Amazing service, I love the staffs! They also provide free snacks and drinks. The place is very clean and aesthetic.

0 stars your nails break off after one day of having them and the design don’t look as good and when you come back after a week they charge again for it
