Being a curly girl unable to find adequate cuts most of my life, I found Shine 11 years ago. Laura is amazing!!! She not only does amazing work with my curls, she teaches me on how to care for them for any climate. She continually hones her craft to bring the best products, styles & techniques to her clients. We were discussing my curl journey today as I got my cut. I literally journeyed all over the state trying to find someone to properly cut my curls. Then I found Shine. It’s truly life changing to have someone who knows how to cut and style curly hair. Every appointment, Chrissy gives the brightest, warmest welcome and takes such good care of me throughout it. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Shine today. I have really struggled with my hair the last few years, due to having straighter top layers and curly underlayers and past haircuts that made it difficult to manage. Laura and Chrissy have incredible customer service skills and are soooo sweet and caring. Laura taught me a lot about my hair and gave me the haircut of my dreams. Now my curls really “shine” through, and I feel that it will be easy to maintain and enjoy in the months to come. I’m grateful to them and highly recommend this salon.

The team at Shine has been taking care of my hair for about a decade, and they do a great job of cutting, coloring, and styling curly hair. I love that they take your level of effort into consideration during the consultation and discuss what your daily hair routine looks like so you get a cut/style that works with your life (if that's what you're going for...I've also gone in and said "let's do something else this time" and they're like "love it, let's go"). I also like that they can style your hair, or they let you do your own thing if you have your own process. Thanks for everything, Shine!

Absolutely amazing experience! I would recommend all the curly girls to go here for their haircuts and color! All the staff at the salon are very welcoming, super friendly and attentive! The salon is very cute, clean and felt luxurious with a relaxing environment. Seamless process, from hair consultation to the day of my cut and color and I will definitely be coming back. Laura is an amazing stylist and I couldn’t recommend any other salon but Shine! Such a fabulous experience!
