Shiny star nails

This is my second time patronizing this business. The first visit, almost a month ago, was for a pedicure — and to be fair, it wasn’t bad. That’s why I decided to return today for both a pedicure and a full set of tips. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. To have both services turn out poorly is unbelievable. One of my toes is now damaged on the side, and the nails look horrendous. I tried to explain that the nail shape was too sharp at the corners and that the tips were wider than my actual fingers, but the technician either couldn’t understand me or chose not to. It’s shameful when try to patronize within your neighborhood hoping for quality service, only to leave disappointed. I won’t be returning.

I came in for a fill in June 8th, the price I was given was $38. As he was doing then they looked great but when I got home I noticed the sloppy job the man did, called the store and told them I needed it fixed! Told me to come in they’ll fix it. I came at 4pm and I’m still sitting here at 5pm waiting for a resolution. Meanwhile other customers that came in after me are being serviced before me. The staff have no respect or urgency in rectify the situation. Eventually when they fix my nails I will never be coming back here again, the travel to Brooklyn definitely would’ve been the better option then coming to this dump of a facility.

Extremely unprofessional behavior is represented by a zero-star rating. As a Mandarin and Vietnamese speaker, I fully comprehended their statements regarding customers of diverse ethnicities which was shocking to hear. They assured me that I would be served within 10 minutes, but I was ultimately left waiting for 35 minutes in a cold room with the door open, before being charged for a soak-off. Trustworthiness is rewarded, and I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau.

During my second service appointment, I returned two days later due to chipping gel polish on both thumbs and small bubbles on my index finger. Upon returning, the technician reapplied the polish to four nails; however, the polish is still chipping, and my index finger now has a noticeable lump. I am dissatisfied with the technician's work.

Rude, shows no remorse. I pointed out a nail that was not evenly trimmed and he got offended and out of nowhere started to file my nail very hard and pushed my cuticles back to the point that it felt like he was cutting me. I called him out on the fact that he was being very rough, and then he proceeded to get close to my cuticles with the nail file machine as if he was doing it on purpose. I left the salon with 3 cuts. Avoid this place. I can’t speak on everyone there, but the male tech has an ugly heart and would spitefully hurt you if you advocate for yourself.
