Showroom Salon

I’ve been a client for many years. I travel over an hour and a half to get to the salon. I’m that loyal to George. A wonderful colorist. Recently, the services have been incredibly deeply disappointing. On two occasions they “lost” my appointments. I had to show the email confirmations to them. Today, I was told my 11am appointment was really 11:45. I waited until 12:15. I was then told they had no appointment and I would have to reschedule. No apology. Actually, so very rude. George was not in. This appt was with the colorist Sara. Holiday season and appointments for events. I traveled far to be treated with absolutely no respect. I will miss George so very much. Stay away. They’ve an idea that they are better than their clients.

The best short haircut and color I’ve had in ages. Thanks and you guys are the best hands down. It’s worth it to select the best in the industry, and this salon is efficient, and you get to have your hair done by masters. Artists. You literally fixed my head today.

This is a beautiful space with really talented staff. I’ve been going here since it opened and it is totally Worth driving from SF. Sloan, the owner, is extremely skilled and worth every penny.
