FURIOUS IS UNDERSTATED. I trusted going here because their union location had someone amazing. I explained to the lady in the chair on the right side that I am growing out my eyebrows, I ONLY needed a slight cleanup for my daughter’s baptism this weekend. She hands me a mirror and proceeds to tell me to hold my eyebrows. Before sitting down I point out CLEARLY “only take out from here… it’s okay to leave hair here”. She stared at me blankly like she knew what she was doing and was tired of hearing me talk… She gave me thin pencil eyebrows like we’re back in the 90s! NEVER AGAIN. Horrible! Then proceeds to tell me she didn’t touch anything…. At least apologize. Ridiculous.

I was skeptical at first…eyebrow threading in a Walmart? I read some reviews and was less intimidated. I still didn’t expect much but she was fast! Hurt a little bit, but beauty is pain! She left them thick which I love! Just a quick clean up was what I was looking for! I did upper lip as well, and they have an eyebrow and upper lip package for $16, which is a little pricier than I’m used to paying, but so worth it! So happy with my results!

I’m someone who always tips generously for good service, but today I genuinely couldn’t. The esthetician with the glasses made insulting comments about my body hair and became visibly annoyed when I reacted to the pain during the service of threading. Threading can be very uncomfortable, and I expect patience and professionalism. I left feeling disrespected and I’d never go again.

I’ve been coming here for a while and the service is always amazing! I never have to wait, which makes it super convenient. The staff is consistent, experienced, and really takes their time to shape brows perfectly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and professional eyebrow threading!

Literally every person I see does a phenomenal job. Love that. They are all very experienced.
