Omg never would I go here again. I went here expecting nice lashes based on what others shared about their experience but unfortunately that didnt happen. The lashes looked like crap, poor quality, to far away from my lash line, too thin. I cried the whole way home then my boyfriend convinced me to go back. We did and I asked them to fix it but everything I suggested she said would be ugly, I asked for my money back , she said no, I asked to have them removed then was told it would rip my natural lashes out. I put eyeliner on to make them lashes look better since the lash line was so exposed. Finally I decided to just have them removed and the whole time the lady ran her mouth to me about the eyeliner, if the lashes would have been nice I wouldn't have had to put it on. 12/21- The person who did my eyebrows was respectful and kind. She asked me what I'd like and proceeded to destroy my eyebrows. I asked for a clean up and for my eyebrows to remain thick. Currently, I am walking around with 2 eyebrows of different sizes. The lines are not clean, and it looks awful. I voiced my concerns to the woman, and she stood there staring and then attempted to take more off. The worst outcome. I will not be back as I realize they are unable to work with thick eyebrows on A.A skin. I have been a regular for 1 year! Over the past 4 months the service has gotten progressively worse. Beyond disappointed 😞.

The one lady that works there is completely rude. Every time I’ve go I’ve went two weeks in a row to get my eyebrows done and my lashes done and she is just horrendously mean for no reason.

Have had lashes and threading done multiple times. Owner is rude but covers it up well. She is comfortable that she knows her skill but her individual lashes don’t last long and should about two weeks not three days. They fall off like strip lashes. Done Wednesday fell off Saturday. She replaced but this is really poor quality won’t be going back.

I ended up having my lashes on for about three weeks or so. They actually lasted not only just through day to day life but through me going into labor lmfao. You honestly can't beat that in my book. If they can last through giving birth, they can last through anything. Will definitely be returning for my next set!
