Over priced, unprofessional hairstylist ever. The hair was super tight while getting it done I took painkillers and after a day or two the boho curls started falling off. I’m not lying, and I’d like to clarify the facts. The style I received was not waist-length it was shoulder length. When I saw how tight the first strand was, I asked to stop the service. You asked me to stay and said you would reduce the price for shoulder-length hair. Despite that, I was still charged $220, the style was extremely tight to the point I needed painkillers, and the boho curls began falling out within a couple of days. My review reflects my honest experience. Pricing aside, professionalism, comfort, and quality matter and that was lacking for me.

Pauline and her team are amazing, especially Rose! They are gentle, quick, and efficient when it comes to braiding straight hair. Usually when I get box braids done, I will wake up to rubber bands falling out the next morning on my pillow. When Rose braids my hair, not a SINGLE rubber band falls out and they stay clean for up to 3 weeks which is exceptionally long for me. Not only are they gentle when it comes to braiding but they are also very kind and respectful, the language that they speak is very soft-spoken and angelic-sounding. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is Hairapy at its finest!

I had a great experience. This was my first time getting my hair done at a shop and they were very accommodating.They made sure I was comfortable and made sure I liked my hair every step of the way! Also very reasonably priced.

It was actually so relaxing and all of the hairdressers were very attentive of my needs and comfort. My granddaughter is now a customer. She loves the professionalism of the hairdressers and how good her hair looked.

Definitely recommend! Her and her family are so sweet. My husband’s hair always turns out so amazing and she is fast, friendly and prices are amazing.
