Terrible DO NOT GO!!! Do not go to this place I paid $300 for boho braid that mostly slipped out by the next day. I after for a refund and the owner refused telling me come back to fix it. I asked if she was going to buy hair to replace what fell out and silence.

I had the worst experience in this place. I came in to get my bundles and closure installed. I had made an appointment beforehand because I had somewhere to be around 3pm that day. The lady (Sidonie) who I believe is the lead braider started braiding my hair, a few minutes later another lady(forgot her name) takes over and continues the cornrows for the sew in. She managed to put the bundles neatly but the closure was a problem for her/them. The closure wasn’t plugged, the lace was visible, it was not sticking and kept lifting. When she was done I told her that the lace is visible and that it’s lifting. She said it looked fine and that the problem is not sticking is because I have no hair in the front. I told her why she didn’t say that when I walked in and let me sit and get the hair done

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. I arrived at 6pm for a boho braid service, and the stylist started off nice but then half way through she began rushing through the process, repeatedly saying she was tired. If she wasn’t up for the appointment, I would’ve gladly come back another day—but that option was never offered. The braids were poorly secured, and several pieces fell out the same day. I called and spoke to the owner’s husband, who was kind and encouraged me to return for a fix. I appreciated that gesture, but when I came back, only four braids were redone. I politely asked for the rest to be secured properly, especially given the $280 price tag, but the onwer Sidonie became rude and dismissive, even speaking in another language while ignoring my concerns. This

I had a very disappointing experience here. As soon as I walked in, the bald-headed woman and her coworker immediately started laughing at me for no apparent reason — it was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked if they did cornrows, and they flat-out denied me service. Mind you, this is supposed to be a braiding salon — how do you not do braids? The way I was treated felt discriminatory, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if race had something to do with it. On top of that, the place looked dirty, cramped, and poorly kept. Overall, it was an unwelcoming and unprofessional environment. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.

Wonderful service, my green knotless braids look came out beautifully 😊 stylist was professional
