If I could give this business a negative rating, I would. My experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and business practices. I believe their process reflects a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I was shown one office space during the initial tour, but the contract listed only a suite number without clear indication that it would be a different space. Upon receiving the keys, I discovered that the office assigned was significantly smaller than what was originally shown. When I inquired about the office I had been promised, I was told it would cost considerably more. The regional manager I dealt with in the Chicago area was unprofessional and dismissive.
