Signature Nails

The staff here are really friendly and the salon is clean but my nails came out awful. First of all they close at 4:30 on weekends and they gave me an appt for 3:30. Which is totally fine. But I felt rushed the entire time. This was my first time here and my last time. I wanted a dip manicure and the woman told me to pick the colors in the basket so I chose a color and they didn’t have it. So I picked a new color and then she couldn’t find that one. Then she suggested gel instead and I said I’d really prefer dip. So she got a bit frustrated with me and still brought over a gel color. I said just do a light neutral color dip. So she finally brings over a color and I’m like yeah that’s fine. Then she was complaining that whoever did my nails beforehand saying they put too many layers of dip.

Two stars for the friendly service. But my nails look terrible and the service was very rushed. Definitely the worst fill in I’ve ever had (and most expensive!). There’s polish on my cuticles, gel and polish applied very unevenly on every nail. The sides of my nails are exposed with no polish. Was not asked if I was happy with how they looked. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

I am going to be honest they have super friendly staff but the past two times I’ve gone, I was not happy about how my nails turned out. Super disappointing, the service seemed rushed, the length of my nails were uneven, my cuticles weren’t even cut and the paint looked so sloppy. I have to say that Brian who does my pedicure does an amazing job and gives the best foot massages. However, getting your nails done is not a cheap expense and so with that being said, every customer should be satisfied with their nails and the manicurist should be able to spot out any mistakes.

I had a nail appointment for an acrylic fill with Karen and my expectations were pretty high because I have got them done with her before. But today they did not come out like anything I was hoping for. She rushed my sister and I and didnt clean up any of the polish or my cuticles, I was charged $45 for my set. I hate to complain because Karen is a nice lady but I really dont think Ill be booking another appointment with her. She also rushed my sisters nails aswell. (black nails were my reference photo)

Having just worked on my new house and moved from my old house, my nails were shredded and in desperate need of just a regular mani/pedi. I was in the Raintree plaza and saw Signature Nails, so decided to chance it and see if they could fit me in. It was 5 pm on a Friday night. 😆 Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely young woman, reminded me of Kim Kardashian. The place was packed but she said she could fit me in, but if it would be ok, if I was with two different nail technicians, I didn’t mind. I barely sat down for 3 mins and she was taking me to the back for my pedicure. A really nice guy did the pedicure and it was so relaxing after a long week.
