Signature Nails & Spa

I’ve been getting pedicures every few weeks for about ten years, and Signature Nails is easily one of the best. I don’t go for looks or anything fancy. I go for maintenance, and they get it right every time. The hot stone massage is legit the best part. Clean place, consistent work, and they take care of you the right way.

They would not refund these nails. I’ll let the viewer judge for themselves, as the manager thought they were great and wanted me to accept them solely because someone spent a long time doing this. Come here at the expense of your own time and money. EDIT: The manager offered to redo the nails and they look much better now. She was much more skilled than the man I originally had. Please avoid the man with glasses

Low lighting at first seems calming and nice but turns out it makes for difficulty seeing and choosing a color, then apparently in nail tech’s ability to do a proper job. Initially I also made excuses for her quietness saying to myself it was a language barrier. Turns out that she was just rude and did a terrible job. When asked why she hadn’t taken care of the cuticles she said it was because I didn’t ask for it. When I pointed out that a fill cannot be properly done without the appropriate preparation (pushed back &trimmed to have proper space to fill) she kept telling me it was not how they do it unless asked for up front. As a result it looks terrible. She reluctantly trimmed them after the fact which just looks all wrong, especially in normal lighting! To add insult to injury I tipped

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Left there very disappointed and upset. I went in for a pedicure and full set, the younger lady with the lashes, did my pedicure (and mind you I picked the $50) in 7 minutes!!!!! Barely cleaned my nails, barely scrubbed, my feet are still rough and the paint came out horrible! She charged me $64 because of the gel, I will never return to this place again!!!!! I rather go to California nails hands down a million times than a place like this. I live in framingham for 30 years and this is the worst place I have ever been! Really mad!

Per recommendation from one of my best friends Toni who swears religiously by Tran’s manis , I visited this salon for a full set and pedicure. Hannah did my pedi, Jason did my mani and the experience was wonderful. I wanted a color that was difficult to match and Hannah asked the woman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not get her name) and found the perfect match. I got the lux pedicure and it was fantastic. Jason spent his time getting the shape and design I wanted. I will definitely be going back.
