One week ago today I paid $153($20 tip included) for gel mani and pedi. I noticed peeling yesterday, day 6. I’ve never paid this much OR had gel peel so quickly. I suspect they are charging premium prices for low-quality materials/product. I doubt I can get a refund for at least the manicure. But, hey…the salon is pretty to look at. Two stars for the friendliness and cleanliness. I won’t be back. Regal nails charges cheaper for better quality work. Have video to show the peeling. Updated to add 10 hours after submitting this review, chipping occured. I can’t waste time or effort to be fixed. I want full refund. I was convinced to go for the gel because I was told “it will last a long time”. 5/6 days is infuriating for $153. Issue refund and I’ll redact my feedback.

So disappointed. A family friend recommended me to go here and ask for Loulou. She was not there so someone else did them.. an older women. Had to keep telling her to fix certain things and finally got tired of saying something. They are all different shapes, and thickness. I got dip on my real nails. If I had time I would have asked to have them completely redone. I really would like to be able to have a refund or have them redone at no cost. They look awful.

Heidi sandy and lulu were so sweet! I enjoyed myself while I was there the entire time. Heidi did exactly what I wanted but better than I thought I would get! 100% recommend them!

Absolutely love my nails! The customer service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. Definitely plan to come back again!

After a terrible mess up, Heidi offered to fix my nails the day after I called! Super friendly hosts from LuLu and Heidi! I recommend them both!
