oh my gosh, if you are looking for quality and good experience do come here!. me and my mom stoped by and had a wonderful experience. Tracy was amazing and so kind. And extremely talented would 100% recommend her. Prices are also great here!

It's an nice salon, but very busy. I always make appointments with Jen. I had one this morning at 9 AM with her, but they said, I made an appointment with Donnie, which I did not. I would NEVER have made an appointment with Donnie to do my nails because I only like Jen. I don't mind if Donnie does my pedicure but not my nails. So I'm sure they used my appointment for someone else. Which they do all the time? I'm sad because they are in nice salon and i really like jen, but that's not how you treat customers.

I went in asking for a gel mani and a gel pedi I ended up choosing chrome not gel polish they proceed to give me the wrong color which is fine it was an honest mistake but because of that I ended up with 7 layers on my toes and he didn’t shape them good and I had asked for a pedicure where was it? My cuticles weren’t removed no exfoliating scrub no sea salt in the water no callus removal nothing then when it came time for my hands he had gotten the specific polish that you’re supposed to use with the chrome powder so there weren’t a lot of layers but he didn’t rub the chrome on good so I have little bumps every where but he actually did the shapes good but also where’s the manicure? No hydrating soak no cuticle removal no nothing then when it was time to pay I was told it was going to be $

Not a fan, but I'm in the minority. The tech, while polite, used a sawing motion on my nails (the techs near us were doing the same), filed them unevenly, didn't push all the cuticles back, and spoke very little English. I think this might be the norm, so my expectations were probably unrealistic. I would have mentioned it to the cashier/receptionist if she had asked how my service was, but she seemed busy and rushed. The place was packed, so they're obviously doing something right. The room was modern, clean, and appeared sanitary. The price ($22+tip for a basic manicure, no polish) seemed reasonable for the job if done right.

Had a wonderful experience with my mom. Tracy was wonderful! I had barely any nails and she still made them beautiful! Would recommend.
