I had an incredibly disappointing experience on December 31, 2024. I scheduled an appointment with Mrs. Tracey, who initially informed me that she was fully booked for the day. After I requested that she notify me of any cancellations, she did reach out to offer a 3 PM slot for both my daughter and me. I asked for a platinum color and a trim, while my daughter wanted a color touch-up and a trim. When I arrived at 3 PM, I discovered that Mrs. Tracey was still attending to another client, resulting in a 45-minute wait before she could start my service. Her demeanor was unprofessional and rushed, likely due to an upcoming trip. Regrettably, she neglected to trim my daughter's hair and only applied a black color. A wonderful setup The barbers are very efficient when it comes to time. The barbers are very detailed oriented when cutting your hair. It is not just a barber shop it's much more. A place you must visit to get your haircut at.

Zo and the crew are some of the top Barbers in the game. They support each other and work as a team. Its always sanitary n shining ( shop and the floors n mirrors) and when u come you never wanna leave ( cause u feel like u at home) but you gotta leave cause you wanna go show off your fresh n clean haircut that you just got to all your homies.
